1.       If the valves be unused for long time, they should be checked on scheduled time, the dirt must be swept from the surface of the valves, the two ends of the ball values should be blocked up and kept opening situation. The two ends of the gate valves, check valves, pipe valves, also should be blocked uo and kept closed situation, all kinds of valves should be leaved in dry room and prohibited to leave in outside.

2.       Before installing the valves , you must checked the mentioned pressure and diameter whether they meet the requirements, remove the defects that happened in transportation, and swwp the dirt from the valves.

3.       When installing the valves, you can install them at pipe lines, generally, you can install them at any position of the pipelines, but they should be conducted and repaired. Attention, all medium of the stop valves should flow from the clack of the valves to up, lifting check valves should be installed in flat situation.

4.       When using globe valves , stop valves, gate valves, they should be opened or closed fully. Don’t use them to adjust or stop the flows in order to avoid eroding the surface.

5.       Open or close the valves should by hand, don’t use lever or other tool in order to avoid damaging the spares, when revolving the valves by hand in clockwise, that means you want to open it.

6.       All bolts should be twised averagely, don’t let it be inclined in order to hurt valves poles working and make the medium leaked.
